Important Rules and information for Campers

Welcome to Matterley Basin Motocross circuit; please take time to read the following notes, which have been supplied, to you to ensure you have an enjoyable and safe visit. As promoters to this event SD Events Ltd take your safety extremely seriously and people who put themselves or others at risk of injury will be asked to leave the site.

We live in an age where we are all governed by health and safety regulations and we must abide by these rules.
The basic rule is to make the event as safe as possible by having good access for emergency vehicles at all time and to keep all hazards to a minimum.

Please familiarize yourself with the large map of the area (found at the camping entrances) which will highlight the emergency evacuation routes and the camping managers cabin, who will have direct contact with the on-site medical and fire staff.
Set up and arrival time for camping.
At least one week before the event there will be a pdf printable map with the final layout of the camping area and the routes in and out of the circuit from the A31.
It will also give the exact location of the holding area, camping managers cabin, toilet positions, emergency exits, portaloo emptying positions, rubish bin positions and emergency evacuation procedures plans and fire points.
Remember this is for your safety and for the prevention of a fire spreading.
