Trade from your own pitch or in our marquee and reach a core motocross audience at the MXGP of Great Britain this summer! With all pitches overlooking the track there is great footfall and you won't even miss the racing!

Own stand (Includes one vehicle pass two staff passes. Extra pass included at 9 and 12m. Extra vehicle at 12m. Your own arrangements for power are necessary.

Health and Safety License regulation requires you to provide us with Public Liability Insurance details, with relevant health and safety documentation to include risk assessments. Copy of Public Liability Insurance, Copy of Health and Safety Policy (if 4 or more employees), Risk Assessment Forms, Fire Risk Assessment Forms Gas Safe Certificates for any LPG Appliances You must have copies of your H&S packs as they will be inspected by the local authority as well as the site H&S manager.


Terms and conditions in accordance with the MXGP of Great Britain licensing conditions. The MXGP of Great Britain will NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY for any loss or damage to persons or equipment. All mobile caterers must comply with the requirements of the Food Safety (General Food Hygiene) Regulations 1995, Food Safety (Temperature Control) Regulations 1995, The Food Safety Act 1990 and the Health and Safety at work Act 1074 applicable.


All traders must provide a 5Kg dry powder fire extinguisher and a light-duty fire blanket. Each stall must have a basic First aid kit.


You will be allocated a set number of wristbands according to the agreed number needed and that which has been authorised by the Event manager. Wristbands must be carefully worn by you and your staff at all times on site. There is to be no amplified noise as part of your stall unless it is specifically agreed with the site manager on behalf of the event management/licensing authority before the event. 


The sale of alcohol, 'legal' highs, inhalable gases of any kind, tobacco products, weapons, wax flares, fireworks, Chinese lanterns and BBQ's are not allowed unless otherwise permitted and agreed with the site manager.


Once on site you may under no circumstances move your pitch without express permission from the site manager. The pitch you are allocated is NON-NEGOTIABLE.


Once on site you may under NO circumstances use motor vehicles of any description to travel to and from your site between the hours of 07:00 -18:00 on days which the spectators are present (Saturday and Sunday). As with any event of this type, there are to be NO ANIMALS allowed on site.


All marquees, tents or other self-built structures should be of sound construction, including all supporting poles, frames, guy ropes, stakes, anchors and fastenings, etc., and all guy ropes and awning stays shall be conspicuously marked to ensure they do not present a trip hazard. Flypitchers will not be tolerated. If you are selling goods that use water (i.e food/drink goods) you must use the water provided by the MXGP of Great Britain, which will be available from taps around the trade area. All Generators MUST be certified. Any trader found using a generator that is non-certified will not be allowed to trade until the generator complies with the event's Health and Safety rules.


You may not sell goods from any place other than your DESIGNATED PITCH, sell goods other than those indicated on your application or trade outside the designated trading hours, as this will constitute illegal trading and you will be closed down. Any abusive or aggressive behavior will NOT be tolerated. This is a strict policy and you will be closed down and asked to leave the site immediately. Each stall is to be responsible for the cleanliness of their pitch both back and front including the public area immediately in front of your stall.


To ensure a smooth set up, we will allow stalls to set up from Thursday 10.00 -18:00 and Friday 08:00 - 12:00. Please bring your own tools for digging in your stall just in case our digger is unavailable. You will be

asked to arrive at gate K and report to the staff welcome centre for accreditation. This is where you will be given wristbands, information and directed to your pitch.
